Venue Operations Centre Gateway & MOC
Our centralised operational Gateway provides a common operating picture across the Venue Operations Centre (VOC) and Main Operations Centre (MOC), bringing together key event information, operational updates, incidents, actions and communications into a single environment. While individual VOCs maintain oversight of their respective venues, the MOC provides senior management with a real-time view across all venues and operations, including emerging issues, significant incidents and operational status. This connected approach strengthens coordination between stakeholders, enhances situational awareness and enables timely, informed decision-making at both venue and executive levels throughout operations.
Intelligence-Led Event Operations
VSX incorporates traditional intelligence gathering and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) technology to support event planning and operational decision-making. Relevant publicly available information, emerging issues and potential threats can be monitored and assessed to enhance situational awareness, inform risk assessments and provide operational teams with timely intelligence before and during major events.
Traffic Management & Transport Planning
VSX uses specialist traffic management and transport planning technology to develop, visualise and communicate traffic management arrangements for major events. This enables our team to map road closures, vehicle routes, parking, pedestrian interfaces, emergency access and operational movements, supporting more effective planning, stakeholder coordination and event-day execution.
Personnel & VIP Safety Monitoring
Our technology supports the welfare, safety and movement monitoring of operational teams, key stakeholders and VIPs throughout the event lifecycle. This can include welfare check-ins and real-time team and VIP tracking during transport movements between airports, hotels, venues and other key locations, providing the Venue Operations Centre with enhanced visibility of their status and journey progress. Potential delays, welfare concerns or requests for assistance can be quickly identified and escalated, supporting safer and more coordinated movements throughout major-event operations.
